Asia has really picked up the slack last quarter in Europe and America. That was a blessing for the earnings report, since sales outside of Asia must have taken it on the chin. Still, there's alot more sequential growth in Japan and China when DoCoMo and China Mobile get added. I think estimates for the iPhone 5 launch will support something closer to 50 million iPhones per quarter when all the other carriers are added. That would encompass almost all of last quarter's revenues and earnings.

Apple still only has around 30% of the global carriers under contract for the iphone. They still have a lot of markets to cannibalize sales from Nokia and Samsung.
