Try Ahi Tuna at any fine sushi bar. Also Maguro, Chu-toro and Toro. Now that is fish at its finest.

Suggest you look up the restaurant Masa at the Time Warner Center in Manhattan. Easy to drop a grand -- yup, a thousand bucks -- for dinner for two for sushi at Masa. And -- worth every penny.

Thanks. I will let my wife know as I am not a chef:). She is a good cook.

If I wasn't married, I would eat ramon, macaroni and cheese, baked potatoes, and frozen dinners which was my diet for almost 30 years as a bachelor:).

Turbot, lightly steamed, Chinese style -- the meat is so light, it just about floats in your mouth :-))
