The way I read IPM's 10-k is that there is a daily $5000.00 penalty beginning July 15 and continuing until the date of the 2nd payment. This would be in addition to the daily stock penalty. At approximately $150,000.00 per month there would currently be an additional $600,000.00 owing thru 11-15-97.It also would be reasonable to assume that the penalties after 10-15-97 were even tougher.Do the 6,000,000 shares to Omega represent further dilution?

P.S.I don't see any way for IPM to do a private placement that could benefit IPM shareholders at this time I'm not sure how that comes down for Maxam.
