I think that "commercial" means revenue generating. Even though the Millennium project was a success, it was based on a revenue sharing, so in the terms of generating instant revenues, it did not.

The LSI project revenues have not come in, so I don't think they could be used either.

I don't think that the company is saying anything out of the ordinary.

Most often, these risk/reward sections are full of "potential" issues that are made to protect the company.

I don't know if you have ever participated in a private placement or secondary offering, but even the most stable revenue generating companies must include this kind of language in their literature.

The market never lies, and by the looks of it, there is plenty of buying in CSGI today. I don't know if it is just coincidence that AGCR is also up on more than 30% on a day that almost all year 2000 stocks are lower.
