Re GS . I get the TBV valuation argument but dont you think all these IB's are going to sell for a high single digit PE max for a good while ? I want COP under $50 and as close to $48 as I can wait. JNJ under $60(doubtful). Approx 6% and 2% positions.

Re KSS . A reasonable choice- so your're thinking $5 in EPS at a 12 PE ? A bit more debt than I'd like and I must admit to questioning their inventory management both in depth and precision. People haul stuff out of there, though most of the time; I dont find what I like in my size. Buying anything there at regular price feels like a rip given how promotional they are though many regular prices are jacked to compensate
