Trader, >>Chris Shilakes is a good guy, but he used to work at Oracle in investor relations. he may be carrying the oracle flag around due to loyalty or it could be an internal payday. Was ML and underwriter of oracle converts? Chris has been in the past on the money with his earnings projections. I have owned this company for years and watched Chris's projections. If his projection is below the street you can bet Oracle will not meet street estimates. His estimates have been good for me to trade the stock and make a buck or two. He probably has an inside track and I try to take advantage of that. And yes Oracle uses ML as a investment banker. I certainly would not recommend "any" stock for purchase. I am not in that business. I am just sharing information that I gather. Joan
