It's called the Tyranny of the minority. It's when the minority has just enough power to stop all forward progress for the majority. Truth is the GOP is a bunch of charlatans. However, I'm not mad at Obama for lack of progress in Congress on his major proposals. I'm mad at him for his economic policies of supporting the criminal banking syndicate, supporting Bernanke's mad scientist schemes, not prosecuting the banking criminals, his continuation of Bush's torture policies, and for his trashing of the Constitution with NDAA, FISA, and the Patriot Act.
