And yet, JBII continues to lose over $1MILLION/month, with the SEC suing them for fraud, with CAVEAT EMPTOR status on the crappy OTC, and spends $1500.00 to produce a barrel of oil, while diluting the hell outta their faithful common shareholders.

How perplexing!!!

Yes, you're correct, Steady_on. It looks like he stated a forward-looking statement as historical fact in calling Mr. Bordynuik a convicted fraudster when Mr. Bordynuik is currently only charged with fraud. Does this mean you're starting to understand the concept that stating forward-looking statements as historical fact is wrong??

Also, most people here seem to acknowledge their mistakes...as far as I know you're the only one who escalates to defend your errors.

So, were you able to 'read between the lines' of the 10-Q yet to determine that this is actually the quarter where the processors will be continuously operating at 75% up time? Again, there's no point in e-mailing Mr. Bordynuik when your continuous wrong guesses quarter after quarter, often stated as historical fact, will suffice.

I wish JB the best of success in whatever task he next takes on. I am sure his innate genius and secret finding capabilities will create inventions that surpass Edison in importance - the guy is THAT good. Just look at what he has accomplished so far - quit as CEO - brought the SEC to their knees - accused good God fearing posters of malicious intent. Is there no justice!?

"... with a cost basis that is $10 bbl."

In fact, Steady_on, you might want to get some validation on that as well. Mr. Bordynuk has clammed up about costs and prices for quite a while now.

Mr. Bordynuik didn't appear to have any basis for those price and cost claims from the onset. If they weren't outright lies then one might say they were forward-looking and baseless. Now that you've shown you have a problem with forward-looking statements like that being stated as fact, maybe you should confront Mr. Bordynuik. Seriously--you would be smart to ask him about that.

...technology that works with a cost basis that is $10 bbl.

No one, including you, has ever produced any proof that the cost basis is $10bbl so what is your motive for presenting rumor as fact? Don't you understand the inherent dishonesty in that?
