Steady_on trusts that Mr. Bordynuik's 'weasel-wording' is genuine.

In a press release a while back, Mr. Bordynuik said, "P2O produces oil at less than $10 per barrel. In the United States, refineries have indicated that they will pick up the fuel at the price of WTI (West Texas Intermediate) price less $3, currently around $70 per barrel."

Mr. Bordynuik used the 's' on "produces" which is one way he misleads people. "Files patents," etc.... Obviously in 2009 he wasn't producing anything so it was 'forward-looking' at best. He's clammed up about that $10 claim for $70 fuel for a while now...which should be odd since that's his value proposition to investors and he should be shouting it from the rooftops. I'm guessing the SEC's threat made him tamer but he's still misleading where feels he can get away with it.

No dishonesty involved.

I have satisfied myself that is a valid number.

I have posted calculations on the boards that support that conclusion several times. So far no one has posted calculations that show anything different.

The conversion rate of 87% is supported by the numbers published by the company and the numbers published in the DEC Solid Waste report.

That number is also supported by other companies that have published data on conversion rates.

The only question that is not completely supported by published information is the up time percentage.

SAIC saw the machine run for 3 days and measured the output.
