Can you remember how the other secondary/price of stock reacted? I don't. Didn't you sell into the upside right before that secondary
and made some money?

I called an analyst in my investment partnership regarding the recent secondary offering by Sandisk. He reviewed the volume that has occurred since the offering and it is his opinion that the most likely scenario is that Sandisk has put the offering on hold.
