Last but certainly not least superior expertise in cell phone camera tech, and Zeiss relationship.
I have read recently that Steve Jobs wanted to revolutionize photography. I can only imagine what the combination of Nokia's expertise in this area and Apple's software talent could accomplish toward that goal.

It's definitely a pipe dream, but for that last reason alone, it would be incredible if Apple would buy Nokia. They could certainly afford it.
