Basicly it boils down to
Am i property of the State or not

If not i can go were i want and chose THE service provider i want if not ten there is no freedom any more

So if there is à State more efficient then the one i currently live in why shouldnt i change ?

That is how evolution works THE most efficient design wins in THE end :-)
