Yes, it would and I believe we need a Constitutional Amendment to accomplish that.

Term limits would be a good starting point.

I have no disagreement with what you and MW are saying. My concern is that they may agree to term limits, and than say - "What else do you want?" - and that will be the end of any reforms.

We call ourselves PfP, but the real pros are they - the practicing politicians and their staffers and supporters. If it comes to having to relinquish some of their power, they'll fight back.

If their powers would be limited to those given to them by the Constitution, there would be less reason to worry about abuse and corporatism.
