I didn't say BBC is a GOP station. You went and cherry picked those that suit the Republican talking point of "doom and gloom". BBC unlike FOX has reports that don't toe any political line. I know well to claim that for all you posted attributing to BBC, there are other BBC posts that paints a better picture in fact just the opposite of the posts you mentioned. After all, that is what reporting is all about unlike what FIX does which is all propaganda.

And to your point of capitalism and regulation, it is like oil and water.

We didn't even really try Keynsian economics. And the thesis of Keynsian economics is you borrow in bad times and pay back in good times.

Clinton was doing that and then Bush came along and said the government had too much money and stopped it and started piling on the debt again giving money to his rich friends.
