One thing to note about recycling facilities is that they're subject to market forces like everyone else. Scrap plastic goes for $700/ton so if they could get unlimited plastic containing waste and sort it out for significantly less than that, they would make a fortune and recycling facilities would be built like wildfire.

In addition, anyone can buy material from a recycling facility. That should immediately make Mr. Bordynuik's move to spend investors' money to rent and operate the recycling facility suspect since he claims to have a much higher ROI investment where he could spend investors' money instead...i.e. P2O...not to mention there wouldn't be any point in having a recycling facility at all and paying for the operating costs if he could get all the plastic he needs for free like he claims.

Sure. If you want to conduct it that way.

The MRF also has an income stream of it's own. So that means that allocating all of the expenses of the MRF to P2O isn't accurate either.

I found 2 to 4 ¢ a lb on the web as a shredding cost. Want to use that?

Lets also set a few baseline assumptions for this discussion.

How about 3 machines running at 75% up time. You good with that?

Plastic is delivered free. All subsequent handling costs must be included in the cost /bbl.

What selling price do you want to use for the end product?
