re Argentina - the current administration is a problem. they are obviously opposed of foreign investors getting a cash return and control numerous aspects of the business to maximize the benefit for the populace (as they claim). At this point, i would not consider Argentina as a capitalistic system any more.

The Argentinian administration also makes it abundantly clear that nationalization with not very shareholder friendly terms, is an option, that they are not afraid use.

You might as well have asked, what the right value for Russian Railroad stocks in 1917 (before the communist revolution) was, the answer boils down to a political bet and you are either very right or very wrong and if you are wrong, you are potential looking at a zero.
