Before you state it here...I wouldn't even bother calling your office but you as a Series 7 license holder" can't seperate to a private citizen". It is not how the NASD looks at it. If you walk out in your yard and talk to your neighbor and visit about stocks you are acting as a Registered Investment Advisor which is a reach up from a Series 7. If your neighbor wants to press it, I hope you have your Errors and Omissions Insurance paid up because he can sue your ---!
If you are truly a broker, which I doubt, you know these things and know that you are treading on very very thin ice even being here let alone mentioning your activities off this thread.
Do you really want to be the next Steve Martin? Keep posting.

MIKE: If Pugs or Riley tell you about who the investigation centers around, they are blowing a lot of smoke at you.

Riley: Never said anything of the kind.

Mike: Moreover, the time has come to discuss what has become some severe harassment. I have had my office numbers posted, against my wishes, and have received crank calls which neither my assistant or I have time for. Riley and Pugs have certainly spoken to the NASD and the SEC about me.

Riley: You work for a company that is in the brokerage business and is regulated by the NASD and SEC, and I posted the company information only after YOU refused to give it to me. In fact you told others and myself to find it on our own. Well we did, and I posted it here in this public forum.
BTW. If people make crank calls then that's illegal and should be dealt with.
I have not spoken over the telephone to any known investigators about you, but I may if called by the investigators.

Mike: Let's face it. There are some serious issues to be addressed here. The character assassination is astonishing! Don't attack the information, attack the person. There is so much conflicting information given here by both sides.

Riley: Boy that sounds familiar. I can recall many slams about my abilities from the nays.

Mike: Riley, you can try all you want to get me off this thread. You are the one who brought my company into this. Not me. They have absolutely no interest in this issue. You can arrange for all the harassment you want, but it provides me an even firmer resolve to see this to its inevitable conclusion. I'd have been long gone, if it weren't for your tactics. I figure you have a very good reason for trying to remove anyone who doesn't support you or your numbers.
Looks to me you're willing to do just about anything, doesn't it? And I'm accused of being desperate?

Riley: Nice try, but as usual you are wrong on this issue. I did not bring you into this, I did not beckon your appearance here, I could care less if you stay. Do you get the idea that I could careless if you are here?
What I do care about is a person who repeatedly slanders me when he claims that I have inside information and also the repeated slander and outright lies spread by some of the other nays on this thread. I take offense to that. I also take offense when someone gives me hints of personal harm unless I stop my crusade against the suspected illegal trading activities in the OTC market.
Speak about character attacks. Maybe I should go away on a vacation for a week again. I did not read those blood bath posts that I hear you and other nays started once you found out that I was away from the thread!

PS. And I am not silenced by bogus lawsuit by an admitted short seller, nor any other nays out there!
