Blah blah blah blah blah..... The third world doesn't want your interference or your condescension. The West throws away enough food every day to feed every hungry child in the world. There is no food shortage. The reason that the latest Chinese dissident wanted out of China was because he objected to having His government force his wife to have an abortion. If you are so keen on reducing the planet's population there is a bottle in the medicine cabinet: have at it. Just don't try to kill my kids so you can feel like you you are saving the planet.
