"All creatures act to their benefit." Sure but when a male bear kills it's own cub just so he can have sex with it's mother we don't call that immoral. There is no global community who's survival and health takes precedence over the desires of the individual. How do you get there from the survival of the fittest? "It destroyed an entire Nation and brought ignominious defeat and death to the perpetrators." LOL! Only because they lost. If they had won they would have been totally justified (given the atheistic, might is right, morality) in disposing of their rivals. "Reason shows us that cooperation is the greatest moral attribute of homo sapiens." "Reason" shows us no such thing. Reason, (devoid of an overarching, transcendent, ethic) shows us that whatever you can get away with is "right". "However, when it excludes other humans it can certainly turn out badly." That's a long ways off from being truly, morally, "wrong" . You're just whistling past the graveyard of the "Rational" conclusions of your atheist amorality.
