Dusty, that's quite alot to digest! a reggla soap opera (hypothetical). As I recall, there are 2 brothers. Amendment usually means, you file something & if you want to change or add to it, the change is an amendment. It might mean something else in the context of an SEC document (having spent a little time - not about this -on the phone with the SEC!). Sorry, am real pressed for time today & will try to check the history tomorrow. I believe Craig might know more about what happened in the past. Are you out there, Craig? Can we get a brief history?
