thinly traded options hard to move in. Grabbed the profit on some when there was a bid out there likely someone like myself. Market makers have had bids below actual intrinsic value at times. Must be watched closely when trading. Almost all of the outstanding 25 calls are owned by myself and ones I purchased for my dad's account. Same for the 2014 45 calls. Ask was there for just a couple of days and I was surprised when I was able to keep selling until entire position covered.
Now bid is zero. Not sure how many here play the illiquid options. I do some as shown and it has worked out more then not. Must go out a ways and watch often when building a position or selling.
Monthly income on which this board is titled is one I am trying to get better at.
See some possibility of doing a similar play with EVEP. It would be based on yield floor for downside and monetization of Utica Shale assets for upside.
