To give an example. The Prez says, "take that hill." The Army says "yessir," and drops a Battalion of Troopers in. The Navy says, "yessir," and fires off a group of missiles at it. The Marines say, "yessir," and sends a squadron of choppers in loaded with Marines The Air Force says "yessir" and eliminates the hill with a nuke. The Prez then says, "I want a joint operation." The DOD says "yessir" and does a "Grenada" op.
