Bill,

Jack Kings options according to Edgar filings have an exercise price from $4.25 thru $8.50, if you assume the lowest exercise price of $4.25 and taxes on the sale of 60,000 shares of ZITL without considering any transaction costs the most cash that Jack King would have come out of this with is approximately $170,000. He also will have an additional 40,000 shares of Zitel with a cost of $4.25 per share (using the assumption of $4.25 exercise price options).

I am not a fan of this company but I do find it ironic that those who are short Zitel attack Jack King for joining them in selling shares.
