Any idea what their unfunded pension liabilities are? Does Ichan have a solution for that? Take her into a pre structured BK and wipe the books clean of those liabilities. I wonder if Ichan owns the bonds too.

Bocor on Navistar... - its also imp. to discuss the real issue. I believe that there is a problem with EPA. The court ruled that NAV engines were not upto standards and now EPA is rendering decision.

Given that they are based out of IL, they might not go under, however, if things go really south and they do a prepack chap 11, then dear Icahn and others might come out fine but people like us get screwed.

On the other hand, if they do a prepack and come out with a new reorg. equity, i will buy in, because the fundamental business is good. But the current risk pending the decision, it might be wise to wait a little bit.
