OT - Funny you should mention The Conference of the Birds. I am reading a book on behavioral styles, "Taking Flight!: Master the Four Behavioral Styles" by Merrick Rosenberg and Daniel Silvert. It involves a conference of birds, not unlike the Attar's book, albeit with much less lofty goal. It is a good starting point for those interested in improving their interactions with others. If you are not familiar with the DISC model, you will be pleasantly surprised.
