This supreme court is totally political. One cannot forget that or romanticize it. It is sort of like remembering that when you with a sociopath and they are being really nice to you it is all pretend. They mean none of it and are really just manipulating you. Stroking your ego and playing to everyone's insecurity. Look how much Roberts puts on the fake smile of his. Odds are 75% they will strike down the mandatory provision, like I said awhile back. Without the mandatory provison how does the health care act survive? The Republican's are not going to pass a single payer. They are going in the opposite direction. Their agenda, is the Ryan agenda to get rid of what we already have, like medicare and social security, if they can get away with it.
