I like the idea of universal health care, but even I don't think it mandatory enrollment is legal. If the mandatory part is removed I think that hard bargaining can begin (after the election) between both sides on how to "fix" the system. The problem with Obamacare is about half the country feels like it was shoved down there throats and that is not going to work in our political system. We some kind of compromise that the majority of people will accept.
