Well Voodoo, it's Sunday, and I read your post. And I agree. BUT, my bearishness doesn't come from the knowledge that the market is manipulated. It has always been manipulated. My bearishness is long term. My bearishness stems from the fact that we had a global financial debt meltdown in 2008. And since then, instead of restructuring all this bad debt and freeing capital to be utilized in more efficient and productive ways by perhaps more competent management, we have done nothing but bail out the existing moronic management and keep the bad debt locked up. Did we learn NOTHING from Japan in the 90's?

So, just as the article Fred posted, we still need to make the hard choices and restructure this mountain of bad debt so we can move on in months instead of years. I will not become bullish long term until I see that is happening.

The above has nothing to do with trading. Good traders, of which I am most certainly NOT one, can trade a market in any direction.
