Tommaso, in all fairness to Sam I don't think what he said is trying to discredit Mike or me. That is just his style of seeking explanation. Keep in mind that he is an attorney. Well, nobody is perfect. -g-

Tommaso, what if we import computer programmers and export lawyers as a bilateral trade with India? Can't lose.

Mohan - please don't take this as a proposal to undermine Indian state.-g-

Tommaso,

It is not an ad hominem attack to merely ask someone what background she might have in the subject matter at hand. I have not attempted to discredit anyone's views. Everyone is obviously free to state their opinion. I am sure you would agree that in cyberspace it is sometimes useful to know whether an opinion is coming from someone with a PhD in economics or a person whose entire relevant experience is 5 years as a stock market speculator. There is no harm in asking.
