I am shocked and reeling over this decision right now and trying to understand. After the Court decision on Eminent Domain (where the govt is entitled to confiscate your property) and the Arizona decision the other day, I was not a bit surprised today. This court is not Conservative. It might be a Republican majority, BUT IT IS NOT CONSERVATIVE! The court might be telling the Republican House and Senate, "Do your own dirty work...do not expect us to do it", and I agree with that. The RINO's and wimps now must make a stand, and they will not like it, but the time has finally come for it. The Tea Party started this, and now must rise up to finish it. If these spineless leaders will NOT step up, then they must go. They could have stopped this crap years ago, but punted. They could have offered Specter the moon and sun for his vote, then stabbed him in the back like the Dems did. But they were too uppity and classy to play politics. Elections have consequences, and now we have this. Rush was right............it's the 1st day of a huge mess.....but a mess that we asked for. The Republicans from Romney down to lowly city clerks MUST NOW EARN MY VOTE. They are NOT entitled to it. Earn my vote, and your vote and other votes, or I'll let Obama take it all away from you, just like he's taking it away from me. I'm tired of losing over and over all by myself. Welcome to my club and my new rules.
