Romney's signature achievement as Governor of Mass. was a health care plan with an individual mandate and a tax for enforcement.


The MA state constitution allows govt regulation of health care, the US constitution does not. Surely a brilliant lawyer like you understands the difference.

Ken,

You said you know what's in Obamacare, so here's my question.

If I don't get healthcare and I'm fined, er I mean taxed $1500, does that mean I am covered if I go to emergency or see a doctor? Or do I still have to pay the doctor on top of my fine, er I mean tax?

If I have to pay twice, then my healthcare bill goes up.
