It should be called a "deadbeat fee." Or, more politely, a "free rider fee." When Reagan called his tax increase "user fees," they all went along with it with minimal fuss. Of course, that was St. Ron, who could do no wrong. And it is true that we go along with things that Obama does that we disagree with without too much comment. Well, except for Da Rat and Koan. But they are professional bitchers and moaners, from what I can tell. [note: I happen to feel a strong affinity for professional bitchers and moaners, in case someone couldn't tell from posting history.]
