The question of who the next court nominee is moot.

There are other reasons to elect Romney buy his SCOTUS pick isn't one of them. It just doesn't matter.

Even if it did, the long line of failed republican nominees tell us he will probably pick another dud.

Steve, I have to disagree with that opinion. I think that Romney will be far more conservative than we would ever imagine.
