Do you think obesity is contagious? Or something Mother Nature throws at people?

I don't want neighbors or you or anyone to pay my heathcare costs. All I need from an insurer is screening of qualified practitioners and recommended procedures, negotiated rates for DRGs and anything I might choose or need, and disapproval of fees and procedures that exceed what they negotiated. I want an insurer to intervene when a provider sticks a form in my face that they need me to sign before they provide a service and that form includes a total waiver even if they are negligent. A lot of people sign such documents and they have no idea they don't have to or that it's even on the back of what they sign.
