John...If in the original obamacare scam the part referred to as a " penalty " is written in as " penalty can Supreme Court judges change that word to " tax " without actually going through congress to have that word changed and a change to the law is voted on....Seems to me words and their meaning as written are usually important in laws so how come here its not important...ah heck lets just cross out that silly word and use this new word?? Any legal minds around?
