Check out Proposal II/III. A request for more dilution. Looks like some insiders knew this was coming and bailed.

Alan: Your points are well taken. But...
The insiders are unable to but here because of the quiet period beteen the end of the quarter (Oct. 31st) and the actual reporting day, which appears imminent.
I will watch and wait and hope that we do not become extinct as NUKO has done. I still believe that the contracts are there and will be delivered on. Did NUKO have the volume of recent FSCX re-seller agreements signed? I realize that they aren't really business, but from what I'm told should begin to show results very soon now that the frads are approved with Intermedia and Concert, two of the big boys.
Good Luck. Rick..

Alan, I think what you are seeing in FSCX is that networking companies now and in the future are only going to survive and profit if they are very large. There is a lot of consolidation going on in the networkers and FSCX was always a niche player, but now it is increasingly becoming an irrelevant niche player. Note Ascend's frame relay offerings of today.
