Jon Corzine's firm stole over $1 Billion of its clients' funds. Why isn't he under indictment?

Regarding Corzine's Fundraising

Did Obama keep the $ or did he give it back? Or did he spend it?

From the article"

"But he is far less visible these days than he was, say, four years ago, when he was working the cocktail parties raising money for Obama, still holding on to the prospect of a federal post as budget director or treasury secretary.

Locals say his days in the Hamptons don’t give him the lift they once did when he was Jersey’s governor or senator."

Jon Corzine is being ostracized in East Hampton? No invitations? Wow, he must have really pissed off many members of the moneyed and powered classes. Will be interesting to find out the rest of the story, as it keeps coming out.
