Tele, I am informed that this proceeding effectively requires Huttoe do disgorge essentially all his assets. If they do not total the $12 million, the rest will be forgiven, assuming he has filed a true financial statement. I have also been reminded that the relief dcefendants are still going to provide a source of money, which nears $9 million, only some of which seems to be frozen. Huttoe's cooperation has helped here. I am also told that the Bankruptcy court's plea for the trustee to turn over the assets frozen by the SEC is being rigorously contested.
