I read over the youtube rules for posting, and they encourage people to use it to promote their businesses. They also encourage political posting. But there is no comment about asking for money during a video. I suspect they would make you pull it. That's why, when started exploring doing some political action here, I suspected I would need a separate site to refer people to for money donation. Another potential problem is that I discovered a case where two guys started net company and used pay pal to have people send money in. Paypal froze their account for six months. I suspect Credit Card companies may do the same.
