So, what leads you to believe he has a loss to begin with? While it's only an educated guess, I'd imagine most of those that have a loss and wanting to take it have already done so. Then there's those who were on margin that already have plenty of loss due to a year of occasional margin calls. Of course there will be others who may be up or down on paper that don't need the losses or just have this funny feeling it may not be the wisest time to be out of this issue. Merry Christmas!

Nor will I. By the way I have no doubt that there are companies that would be more than happy to be able to purchase Race. I do like having Rights. In case you do not know there is a shareholders protection plan.
