These stupid analysts don't have a clue. They love to downgrade stocks when they are going down or they are low in price and they love to upgrade stocks when they go up and they are at the top of the world. They have nothing to add. They just follow the price of the stocks around. They weren't worried about TER at 59 but now at 33 they are screaming to sell. Samsung is not going to cancell their orders for those dram testers because they need them. They already have the production lines in place. The last equipment they need is testers. These testers are for high end s-drams. If Samsung wants to compete in the world market for semiconductors they have to order the latest and best equipment or else they will be left behind by TXN, IBM and other Japanese companies.
