has it been confirmed that the ceo has shares at 0.4?
would it fair to expect cvia to be valued at atleast as
much per share when the merger occurs ? if not, the price of
the merged company should have strong potential of going
over 0.4/share ? thanks.

If this is a shakeout, and the MMs are trying to get
shares, why did the ask drop too? Earlier, the ask
was .048, and now it is only .042. Although the spread
is still wide, the ask has lowered along with the bid.
Is this still a shakeout, or is there something we do
not know about here?
