Dear Bob,

"NAMX is not a 'fee for service company.'"

My question is: Why has this changed in the last two months? First, the independent analyses of drilling results on the UPR site were not released. Then the "presentation" at the IPAA conference that was supposed to be "very good for NAMX" did not take place, and NAMX was not included in the Oil and Gas Journal's current issue, even though a "timely" article (relative to the emerging technology symposium at the IPAA conference) was expected. Now the whole focus and direction of the company has changed. Has all this taken place because the results of the em sounder could not be proved independently, and they have HAD to change their focus and direction? Who knows?

One day we hear 60 million shares outstanding, and the next day we hear TEIM owns 20 million shares which is 20% of NAMX's outstanding shares. Colin Cody, Post #1589, says the 100 million share figure comes from the "Chairman of the Board" of both companies (meaning TEIM and NAMX). I feel fairly certain the 100 million figure is a big surprise to Marty, who is a frequent and trusting correspondent of Mr. Ebeling, who is an officer of both companies. Things change so frequently -- important strategic issues -- and the information on them is so uncertain, how are we supposed to know what to believe?

NAMX is not a "fee for service company". Since when? Until very recently that is exactly what they were planning to be.

Regards,

M.M.
