Doesn't Chicago have very strict gun controls? Remember NYC under Dinkins. Then Rudy takes over and the murder rate plummets. FYI jerk.......when Dinkins came into office, Jan 1, 1990 the murder rate in NYC had hit its highest point in history, ie 2245 a year..... When Dinkins left office, after 4 years, the murder rate was down to 1300 per year. It dropped to about 600 per year by the time Giuliani left office 8 years later. Putting it another way, the murder rate came down 235/yr under Dinkins but only 87/year under Giuliani. So maybe you, as a self proclaimed "chip process expert", should review the numbers instead of faking them like you did when you were trying to pass yourself off as an "expert" in something.
