Hello! Richard,

I initially bought a JCP ( Junior Capital Pool) stock offering on the Alberta Stock Exchange, a few years ago when it went by the name of Dinosaur Energy Ltd.

The JCP raised about $300,000. from the initial offering to research several business opportunities, that might be suitable to the company.

At that time to be eligable to buy in at the intial offering for a JCP Company one had to be a resident of Alberta! ( Of which I was at that time!).

The initial offering price that I paid was .10 cents per share! But was only able to get 10,000 shares, because the idea is to get a solid shareholder base and to get a good variety of shareholders, owning the stock! ( I would say that the initial offering was for about 3 Million shares, with I would estimate about 300+ shareholders!

The Alberta Stock Exchange gives most new JCP Companies a period of about 1 1/2 years, to determine a business that they want to become aligned with, so in most cases , most JCP Companies either get a merger, or business acquisition done in the specified time frame, or get delisted from the Alberta Stock exchange trading board! ( And then the rest is history!)

What sometimes happens I feel that many investors, might view buying a JCP at .10 cents , when it first comes out as a chance or opportunity to do a quick flip of their 10,000 or so shares! ( Sometimes the first few days of trading of a new JCP, can see the JCP double or even triple in price, just on the specualtion value, as to what the company might be considering as it's "Major Business Transaction" that has to be approved within the 1 1/2 year time frame , from point of listing and trading!

Dinosaur was no different , it opened up trading at a much higher level, and at one point traded as high as the .40 cent range, and this price point was achieved, before even any announcement of any "Major Transaction!"

I had too many $$$$$ signs rolling around in my head, to be happy with selling at .40 cents!

Initially some announcements were made that Dinosaur Energy Ltd. would be making an acquisition of a wholesale and retail Specialty Battery company! ( I think based on the strength of the rumours , was one of the reasons that the stock soared to the .40 cent level!

But as many negotiations develop , one obstacle led to another, the share price started to slip, and eventually dropped down to the .15 cent level!

As news was scarce , and negative rumours started to surface, the company felt that it would be in the best interest of all parties concerned to have trading of the shares halted, until , if and when a "Major Business Transaction" was completed!

So there I sat and watched and waited for about 5 months or so , owning shares of a company that had it's share trading halted at the Companies request! ( This certainly was a new one for me! But! In hind sight , I think it was a wise move on the part of the Companies Management! Certainly bettor than having the shares halted from trading by order of the Alberta Stock Exchange!

Those were 5 very long months, but the JCP Company was stead fast in their persuite of a business!

And on January 20, 1997. Dinosaur Energy Ltd. announced that it was no longer a JCP Company and had moved to the major listed trading board ot the Alberta Stock Exchange, because of the completion of the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Magnacharge Battery!

Since that time the trading name and trading symbol on the Alberta Stock Exchange has been changed to "Battery and Wireless Solutions Inc. , the symbol being, "BWS".

Even after the stock started trading under it's new name and the announcement and completion of it's Major Transaction"-- in my opinion , the company has not done any significant public relations efforts , that would attract or generate any significant interest that would generate any major or significant upward investment activity or attraction to the share value of "BWS!"

My own personal opinion, is that the whole process of completing the "Major Business Transaction!"--took a lot more investment of time, due diligence and patience, then any company management, officials, and shareholders, would have ever imagined possible!

So as I have been patiently awaiting, for this investment to start to perform financially, --I can say that over the last 6 months , I have seen some signals or signs, that "BWS" is about to turn the corner, and go from a small , quiet secluded family operated business, to a significant and profitable opportunity in the "Specialty Battery and Accessory Market!".

I could probably ramble on for several more pages, but! as a next step I will provide you with a site that you can ( as a start!) go back and review the four "BWS" News releases! Namely from, Oct.20th., Oct.06th., June 03rd., and May, 05th. 1997!

There is a variety of retail and wholesale and specialty operations that "BWS" conducts business in and with!

A few highlights that come to mind are, on October 1st. ,1997, the fourth "BWS" retail battery store was opened!

"BWS" plans to open 25 Franchise Stores in 1998, and is targeting to open 100 Franchise Stores within the next four years! ( At least these are their stated plans!).

If you still have an interest in finding more about this company "BWS" I have found that a good news source for Canadian Traded Stocks can be found on Carlson On-Line Services!

The "BWS" site on Carlson can be found at this webb address!

fin-info.com

If you do choose to seek out some of the most recent news releases regarding "BWS" I believe that a Management contact person is Mr. Les Granholm. A phone number is #1-604-525-0391---A fax # 1-604-525-0392------and an e-mail address is lgranholm@bwsinc.com

I understand that "BWS" is currently working on developing a webb site, and I am hoping that this will also provide another source of information and contact with "BWS" Company Management in the near future!

In my own personal, speculative opinion, I like the low profile that "BWS" has maintained during the time it has taken to complete all the business activities and administrative functions that have been required to make this company a viable business investment and opportunity in the future!

I also believe that the "BWS" Management is now more ready and able to meet the next steps required to sell and promote the features and benefits of the company, in efforts to develope the targeted franchise stores that they have planned over the next four year period!

For me it seems like it has been a very long wait, but my guess is that most of the free trading shares out in the market place are tightly held, and my speculative guess is that it's going to take a much higher and more significant market price to pry it free from their hands!

In other words, I believe the shareholders that have invested in this company at it's inception, ( as a JCP) are the ones that can best appreciate the potential of this seemingly quiet , reserved , and speculative penny issue!

I should add that I am shareholder, am in no way compensated by the mentioned company , nor have I been in the past!

In my own opinion, I think this is a real "sleeper opportunity!" ( At least at the .16 cent price level!) ( But! Just my own opinion!)

And , please do not make any investment decisions based on someone else's opinion or recommendation! And always do your own due diligence before considering any investment decisions!

If any one else can share some information, or shed some light or views on "BWS" , I would appreciate the feedback!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
