I wasn't familiar with that project, but I see it is no different. Chicago elite seem to have made fortunes from US by having the Feds pay for renovation of these pig pens, which do or do not ever see a dollar of improvement. Resko is an example of that. I believe Valerie Jarrett came from that money as well.
