The same can of course be said about our drug laws. My idea of individual responsibility means I and I alone am responsible for what I can and cannot do. My morality is none of the governments business. And why do you say the earth has been warming for 18,000 years? You say that is a fact. How can you make such a claim? For instance Greenland supported people for something like 400 years when the weather was warmer and allowed it.
