My take will only be speculation . You could email him . The Mines dept could have this up to the last minute and have to wait on a ? from the Environment Dept .

You have the same thing in England . " You can not cut that tree it is historical " and so the mall/factory is on hold .

Doc just to be perfectly clear if you are relying on me for your DD . You will be ok until the day you need to know and you can not find me .

Best to go to the horse . My intention here is not to be a guru and make winning stock picks . Lost too many times for that .

Hopefully a discussion of value . Feel free to get fed up and bail . lol

Everyone is getting short leashed and rightly so . Gut wrenching to put $ on the line and then twist in the wind .
