you know Koan only cares about democracy when his side wins the vote, if his side loses then it's the courts right to over turn it

<<koan, you always claim to be a big fan of democracy. The majority of states have passed laws banning gay marriage. In those where it is allowed, it has always been the courts that forced it. The majority obviously oppose gay marriage, how can you as a believer in Democracy support this undemocratic position?>> Why do you ask silly questions like that? Moral issues always trump everything. And this is a moral issue like segregation. But it is also a civil rights issue and not consitutional. You should know that.
