you know Koan only cares about democracy when his side wins the vote, if his side loses then it's the courts right to over turn it

Why do you ask silly questions like that? Moral issues always trump everything. And this is a moral issue like segregation.

But it is also a civil rights issue and not consitutional.

You should know that.
