Re: Iomega & Nomai

I ran across this article regarding the Nomai situation. Most are certainly aware that Iomega now has a temporary restraining order againt Nomai's XHD disks, however it was interesting to me to find out they needed "evidence of distribution" to countersue Nomai. It was at COMDEX where Iomega found their "proof". Here's the link from c/net:

Iomega gets order against Nomai

After reviewing the situation, I now wonder if it would be possible for Nomai to sell in the US if they somehow were to get around specifically stating that their disks were "Zip compatible".

<This impresses me. I have observed over the past year or so that your moves have tended to be quite well timed. Now I feel even more certain that the twenties have been left behind, and the price will continue to trend upward.>

Sorry Allen and all, I bought 500 at 32 7/8.

Am I the second to the last bear throwing in the towel?

(I can never be the last one as long as Rocky lives.)
